Welcome Everyone!
Thank you for choosing to view our information regarding membership in the Friendship Elementary School PTA. We are part of the oldest and largest volunteer child advocacy association in the nation.
Our PTA is committed to supporting our students, parents, teachers and the community to ensure the best possible learning environment for our children.
I would like to personally extend an invitation to everyone who is not currently a member of the Friendship Elementary PTA to please join! Be sure to take a look at our calendar for all upcoming meetings and events. As a member of the PTA you can exercise your member rights by attending the meetings, having a vote on how PTA funds are spent as well as participating in PTA programs and events.
Thank you for your support! I look forward to working with you on behalf of our children.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Bartholomew

Box Tops for Education
You can make a difference for your school every time you shop for groceries! Just clip the Box Tops coupons from hundreds of your favorite products and send them to school. We have added Tyson A+ products and labels for Education for this year as well.
For every 30 box tops a student turns in, they will receive a silly band. The money will be used to purchase needed items for Friendship Elementary.
Last, please visit the Box Top Website and vote for our school! Click HERE

I'm looking forward to serving as Friendship Elementary's Healthy Lifestyles and Safety PTA Representative.
My main purpose is to help promote healthy lifestyles in the home, school, and community.
Another goal is to encourage involvement in helping our homes, school, and over-all environment be as healthy as possible.
Recycling will be a primary focus for us this year.
We will be collecting the following items for recycling at the school: ink cartridges and cell phones.
Please watch for other items on a monthly basis. It is a fact that healthy habits are best formed during childhood!
Thank you,
Mariann Burris mariann.burris_yahoo.com
